Skid bars are designed to protect and extend life of mining and quarrying heavy buckets for wheel loaders, excavator and dippers. They are commonly used on most high capacity, heavy duty buckets for wheel loaders, excavators and dippers.
Skid Bars are geometrically designed to increase wear life and extend service life. The radius corners reduce direct impact, while the steel backing plate allows for heavy welding to overcome major shear forces. Available in various shapes & sizes which allow for custom applications.
