1. Cause of disease

According to the fracture condition of the shift fork, the reason for analyzing the fault is: during the process of internal travel, the machine has not completely stopped, ie, the high and low gears are switched. If the gear is shifted at this moment, the sliding gear sleeve of the shifting fork cannot complete the meshing with the gear, and the reaction force of the bump directly incurs. Fork damage. 2. Disassemble the gearbox

The dismantling process is divided into several steps: First, loosen the hydraulic fuel tank cap and exhaust the hydraulic system, disconnect the hydraulic pipe that connects with the transmission case, and close the oil leakage point; second, remove the front and rear drive shafts and remove the manual system. 3. Assemble the test machine
