TWIN RAM TILT BUCKET
UNIQUE OVERSIZED RAMS
The unique opposed cylinder design of the Elite Tilt Bucket is what give this bucket it’s unique look and power. The single-acting rams mean there is always positive displacement, reducing any possible creeping or chattering. Hoses are also far less vulnerable to damage as the ram ports are above the pivot point.
GREASABLE HARDENED BUSHES
All pins and bushes are easy to access and greaseable to ensure smooth operation and a long operational lifetime.
HB400 CONSTRUCTION
The front styles, wear strips, cutting edge and entire bucket wrap is made from HB400 wear alloy. Increasing the rigidity, durability and longevity of the wide bucket.
DOUBLE RADIUS WRAP
Allowing the bucket to cut through the ground more efficiently, eliminating the back of the bucket striking the ground.
TAPERED SIDES
Tapered two ways – from the cutting edge to the back of the bucket and from the cutting edge to the top. The double side tapers greatly helps while digging at a tilted angle reducing ground contact.
WEAR STRIPS
Wear Strips reduce the wear to the base of the bucket and help strengthen it against damage and caving in.
BOLT-ON CUTTING EDGE
Standard on all Elite Tilt Buckets from 5 tonnes and up. Extending the lifetime of the bucket, by reducing wear to the cutting edge.
PINS
Supplied with pins as standard to suit the weight class of the intended excavator, additional pin options are also available.
Rib
For heavy-duty applications like mining and heavy material handling the Elite Tilt Bucket can be fabricated with a Rib to add rigidity to the centre of the bucket.
Bolt-on cutting edge
The replaceable and reversible bolt-on cutting edge adds precision cutting ability to the Elite Tilt Bucket while increasing its longevity by reducing wear to its front edge. Rolled from HB500 Wear Alloy the bolt-on cutting edge is made for highly abrasive wear.
Clear Top
The Clear Top gives the operator greater visibility over the bucket due to the Rams out of the way placement. More visibility means more control.
90° Total Tilt
The Elite Tilt Bucket allows for a total tilt radius of 90° (45° each way). Enabling a range of movement for shaping and contouring to the required specification.
Squat Profile
The Squat Profile gives the Elite Tilt Bucket a greater breakout force, allowing operators to maximize the power of the digging stroke without compromising on capacity.
