The urethane is the right material for the snow plowing application. It has been specially formulated to withstand the rigors of plowing with added abrasion resistance, and a brittle point of -30º.
Cutting-Edges can be purchased in most lengths, widths and thicknesses.

Work life can be doubled by choosing wider widths to provide the opportunity to drop the edge and then flip it as it wears.
An optional beveled edge provides less chatter during break in.

STANDARD CONVERSION SIZES ARE:
1 1/2-2” Thick x 12″ wide – V plows
1 1/2-2” Thick x 10″ wide – Front mounted plows supported by wheels or shoes
1 – 1 1/2″ Thick x 6-8″ wide – Underbody mounted plow and graders. Unsupported front mounted plows and graders
1 – 1 1/2″ Thick x 6-8″ wide – Pickup trucks

Designed to combat unnecessary downtime and maintenance, our specially-formulated polyurethane is site-tested to withstand temperatures to -30º below zero and is proven to outlast steel, rubber and plastic alternatives, as well as other polyurethane products in the industry.
The snow plow blades have a five times higher abrasion resistance than rubber blades. Using The Blades made from a special formulated compound will reduce labor cost and downtime. Our new compound gives you urethane quality blades at rubber/neoprene pricing.
