Steps to Replace Grader & Bulldozer Blades
Step 1 Bulldozer should put on flat and hard safety ground.
Step 2 Lifts the shovel blade to the highest point, supports the pusher arms firmly with sleepers, extinguishes the bulldozer, prevents the shovel blade from falling and causes casualties.
Step 3 Clean the soil and cover on the fixing bolt of the bulldozer blades and cutting edge and end bits.
Step 4 Use special tools to loosen the nut and remove it. Two bolts are reserved on each blade to prevent the dozer blade from falling.
Steps to Replace Grader & Bulldozer Blades
Step 5 Starts device, removes the sleeper and puts the shovel blade 20cm away from the ground, then extinguish the bulldozer. Remove the remaining bolts and separate the blade from the spade parent. In this process, we should pay attention not to put the foot under the dozer or grader blade, in order to prevent injury.
Step 6 The new bulldozer or grader blade shall be installed on the spade nut body, all bolts shall be installed in place, and the bolts& nuts shall be pre-tightened.
Step 7 restart the bulldozer or grader, lifts the shovel knife to the highest point again, supports both sides of the push arm firmly with sleepers, extinguishes the bulldozer, and fastens the bolts and nuts with special tools.
Step 8 Starts the device, removes the sleeper, and drops the shovel blades to the ground.
