According to the statistics of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 22 loader manufacturers that were included in the statistics in March 2019 sold a total of 17,936 types of loaders, a year-on-year increase of 12.9%.
Among them: 3,875 tons and above loaders sold 16,857 units, an increase of 21.2%. The total sales volume in the domestic market was 14,836 units, an increase of 9.18% year-on-year; the export sales volume was 3,100 units, a year-on-year increase of 35%.
From January to March, the cumulative total sales volume was 31,358 units, a year-on-year increase of 2.51%; the cumulative domestic sales of 25,278 units, an increase of 2.26%; cumulative exports of 6,080 units, an increase of 3.58%.

From the tonnage point of view, in March, 3 ton and above loaders sold a total of 16,857 units, accounting for 93.98% of the total sales. Among them, 5 tons of loaders sold a total of 13,172 units, accounting for 73.43% of the total sales; 3 tons of loaders sold a total of 2,460 units, accounting for 13.72%. In the small package of less than 3 tons, a total of 1,097 units were sold in March, and the proportion accounted for no significant change from last month.
In the first quarter, the cumulative sales of 3 tons and above loaders totaled 29,327 units, accounting for 93.67% of the total sales. Among them, 5 tons of loaders sold a total of 22,247 units, accounting for 70.95% of the total sales; 3 tons of loaders sold a total of 4,762 units, accounting for 15.18%. In the first quarter of the small package of less than 3 tons, a total of 2,031 units were sold, accounting for 6.48%.
From the sales area, the regional sales champions in March and the first quarter were all taken over by Shandong. After that, Shanxi ranked second, and Shanxi and Hebei did not. In the first quarter, the cumulative sales of loaders in Shandong Province reached 2,403 units. The sales of loaders in 10 provinces exceeded 1,000 units, and the sales in 14 provinces exceeded 800 units.
In March, 3,100 loaders were exported, an increase of 132.21% compared with February, which was the highest monthly sales since 2017. In the first quarter, the total number of loaders exported was 6,080 units, a year-on-year increase of 3.58%. The exporter models of the loader are also mainly 5 tons and 3 tons. In the first quarter, 1,545 units and 909 units were exported, accounting for 49.84% and 29.32% of the total exports respectively.
