Fuel management
According to the ambient temperature, choose different grades and qualified fuel. Otherwise, the inferior fuel with high sulfur content will cause damage to the engine; the diesel oil should not be mixed with impurities, dirt and water, otherwise the fuel pump will wear prematurely; the excavator driver is required to fill the fuel tank after the daily operation, avoiding the fuel tank Water droplets are generated on the inner wall; the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank is turned off before the daily operation.
Management of engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil
Do not mix oils of different grades and grades; ensure oil cleaning to avoid mixing of debris (water, dust, particles, etc.); use different grades of oil according to ambient temperature and use, and use high viscosity oil when the ambient temperature is high. If the ambient temperature is low, the oil with relatively small viscosity is used; the viscosity of the gear oil is large to conform to the larger transmission load; the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is small, and the purpose is to increase the resistance of the liquid activity.
Smooth grease management
Smooth grease reduces wear on sports surfaces. When storing smooth grease, be careful not to mix dust, sand, water and other impurities. When filling, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to avoid sand adhesion.
Filter maintenance
The filter element acts as a filter to filter impurities in the oil path or gas path, preventing impurities from intruding into the parts and causing malfunctions; it is necessary to use a filter element suitable for the machine; various filter elements should be replaced periodically according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance manual. When replacing the filter element, Check if metal can adhere to the old filter element. If metal particles are found, it should be cleaned in time.
In addition, when the excavator is out of order and cannot work, do not continue to use it to avoid unnecessary damage.
