Caterpillar’s innovative equipment, technology and services unveiled at the 2019 Bauma Germany
Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) exhibited the largest lineup of equipment, technology and services to date at the 2019 Bauma in Germany. The Bauma Show in Munich, Germany is the largest exhibition in the construction machinery industry in the world. Caterpillar highlights its constantly updated and diverse product line with a comprehensive range of exhibits and presents an enhanced service offering with an interactive display system.

A new generation of Cat machine equipment: with a variety of intelligent functions such as “slope control”, “weighing”, “probing”, “issuing”, to maximize production, reduce costs and improve safety.
The world’s first high-drive electric bulldozer – D6 XE; fuel efficiency can be as high as 35% compared to the previous generation D6T bulldozer.
906 Concept Loader: All-electric zero-emission compact wheel loader with lithium-ion battery as the power drive electric drive system.
88K XE: Caterpillar’s first diesel/electric drive wheel loader delivers significant fuel efficiency and productivity.
Eight new Cat Mini Hydraulic Excavators: The industry’s first new standard features on 1 – 10 ton machines, such as joystick steering, provide customers with superior performance, versatility, affordability, safety and operator Experience.

Three new Cat excavators (including 330 and 336): Cat intelligent technology with integrated design, operating efficiency can be up to 45% compared to traditional grade control operations; fuel efficiency can be as high as 20 compared to previous generation models %.

According to Damien Giraud, Caterpillar’s global vice president of global aftermarket solutions business, “In addition to core products, customers can choose the service that best matches their unique needs and budget. The service covers new aftermarket products. And service agreements, as well as tracking of the entire fleet with the Cat® App. The Cat® App is the industry’s first mobile app to track vital operational data for work equipment.”

Caterpillar exhibited a total of 64 devices (20 of which are new), a selection of tooling machines, and a full suite of agency support services. At the 2019 BMW Show in Germany, Caterpillar and its German agent Zeppelin Cat have an exhibition area of approximately 13,000 square meters.
