We created HCE PARTS (Heavy Construction Equipment Parts) because we wanted a company that provided quality, cost effective, components while maintaining the ‘small company’ customer experience we loved working with. This meant taking ownership of the manufacturing process, hiring people dedicated to putting the needs of the customer above a quick sale, and respecting our relationships by never selling directly to the end users of our product. With our combined spare part (wear part and G.E.T parts) experience of 20+ years, we don’t know everything, but we’ve found having a 100% serious attitude has helped us earn our customer’s trust. Today our product line continues to grow, allowing us to provide not only components common in the market but also create custom-designs for manufacturers across the nation.
